Last updated: August 24th, 2026

Welcome to the website and related services of EFFICIENCY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provided under the name EI VPN (collectively, the “Service”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to processing personal information in a transparent, reasonable, and lawful manner in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you access or use the Service, as well as the rights you may have under applicable laws.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

1. Privacy Principles We Follow

EI VPN follows the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and privacy protection. We process personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and protect the Service.

No-Logs

We do not log your VPN-browsing activity, including the specific websites or online resources you access through the VPN, the content of your VPN traffic, or your DNS queries.

We do not maintain records of VPN-browsing activity that are associated with your account identity.

This No-Logs practice is subject to limited exceptions where processing or retention is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security protection, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or the protection of the Service.

For clarity, we do not use these limited security or legal processing activities to create a profile of your VPN-browsing activity.

In particular, through the VPN Service, we do not log:

  • The specific websites or web pages you access;
  • The content of websites or communications you access through the VPN;
  • The content of network traffic sent or received through the VPN;
  • Your DNS queries;
  • VPN-browsing activity associated with a specific user account.

Scope of the No-Logs practice

We do not associate your VPN-browsing activity with your account identity.

This No-Logs practice applies specifically to VPN network activity generated through the EI VPN Service. It does not mean that we do not process other information that is necessary to provide accounts, process payments, operate the website, protect the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, or provide customer support, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Such information is used only for legitimate purposes, including website operation, security protection, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

We do not use such technical information to create a profile of your VPN-browsing activity, nor do we use it to track websites or online activities accessed through the VPN.

Technical information that is no longer necessary for business, security, or legal purposes will be deleted, anonymized, or de-identified in accordance with applicable data retention practices.
